Subscription Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing Frome (“the Platform”). This document outlines our policy regarding subscription refunds. By subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Subscription Refund Eligibility

  1. Initial Subscription Period: Users are eligible for a refund within three days (72 hours from the time of purchase) of their initial subscription purchase. After three days of subscription, a refund request will not be entertained.
  2. Auto-Renewal Subscriptions: For auto-renewal subscriptions, users are eligible for a refund within three days (72 hours) from the moment of auto-renewal.
  3. Unused Portions: Refunds will only be issued for the unused portion of the subscription period (27) days. If a user cancels their subscription before the end of the subscription period, the refund will be prorated based on the remaining days.

3. Refund Process

  1. Request Submission: To request a refund, users must email our customer refund team (refund@firstroundsonme.co).
  2. Required Information: Users must provide relevant information, their Full Name (First Name, Last Name), email address or phone number (through which they signed up), bank name, account number, the reason for the refund, the date of the subscription purchase, and any supporting documentation.
  3. Verification: The Platform reserves the right to verify the provided information before processing a refund. This may involve additional communication with the user to ensure the validity of the refund request.
  4. Refund Decision: Refund requests will be reviewed within two business days of submission. Users will be notified of the decision through the email address associated with their account.
  5. Refund Processing Time: Once approved, refunds will be processed within two business days. The actual time it takes for the funds to appear in the user’s account may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  1. Usage of Services: Refunds will not be issued for subscription periods during which users actively use the services on the Platform.
  2. Violations of Terms of Service: Refunds will not be granted to users who have violated Frome’s Terms of Service and Privacy. The Terms of Service and Privacy are given to the user during the signup process.
  3. Promotional Subscriptions: Refunds will not be provided for promotional or discounted subscriptions.

5. Modifications to the Refund Policy

Frome (First Rounds on Me Inc) reserves the right to modify this refund policy without prior notice. Users will be notified of changes through the Platform’s official communication channels.
